Free VEGAN Home Restaurant Workshop & Potluck!

Are you: Passionate about expanding access to plant-based food? Tired of vegan options in your area? A talented cook, and business-minded community builder?

The number of vegans in the US has increased by more than 600% in the last 6 years—aggressively outpacing the rate of vegan restaurants opening. A new CA law promises to change that.

Alameda County will soon issue its first permits for the sale of home cooked food. For the first time ever, you’ll be able to share your delicious vegan dishes with your community.

Whether you’re looking to make some extra income, or test your food concept to evolve into a food truck or full-scale restaurant, this workshop is for you! Vegan home cooks of all levels, backgrounds, and interests are welcome.

There will be a potluck lunch from 12:00pm-1:00pm. You’re invited to bring your signature dish to share, and try some incredible vegan home cooking from around the Bay Area. Potluck attendance is not mandatory for the workshop.
