Hello Avid Oenophiles,

Have you ever wanted to improve your wine tasting skills? In this first event of 2020, we will dive into the some of the most important components of wine…acid, sugar, tannins and alcohol. Some of the topics we will be exploring include:

How do the different acids in wine affect the taste?
How does sugar and acid affect the wine?
How does climate influence the outcome of a wine?
This will be a fun and an educational tasting event. We will be tasting over 10 wines to sharpen your palate! Hope you can join us!

Light appetizers will be served.

Cost: $50 per person prepay / $60 at the door
