Finding the Maze is easy; finding your way out is not.
Magowan’s Infinite Mirror Maze is halfway down Pier 39 on the 2nd floor. If you walk down the Pier you will come to the Piano Staircase.

Inflatable Contemporary Art, 9/6-9/8
BLOW UP II explores the imaginative ways that artists use air as a tool for creating large-scale sculpture and includes imagery that is figurative and abstract. Accessible, yet rich with meaning, these pieces use perception of space to open a dialogue about pop culture and social norms.

Happy Hour Wine Trolley, 9/6
Livermore Wine Trolley has created a Wine Tour to assure you start your weekend off right! The wine trolley will take you and your friends on a “Happy Hour” TGIF Wine Tour every Friday! If you would like to munch while you drink wine, they offer a Charcuterie box provided by “Charming Fig” that is optional, but you must check out this great food option!

Barefoot in the Park, Musical, 9/7
Located at the Lesher Center for the Arts, Diablo Actors Ensemble (DAE) celebrates its 42nd year with a production of Neil Simon’s romantic comedy classic, Barefoot in the Park. Set in the New York City in the early 1960s, the play concerns quintessential newlyweds Paul and Corie Bratter.

Annual Pancake Breakfast & Mattress Sale!, 9/7
DVHS Music Boosters Presents the Annual Pancake Breakfast & Mattress Sale! Come down and show your support! All the proceeds go directly to the music program and benefit the studentsPerformances & Pancakes in the quad 8AM-10AM, pancake breakfast is $5/person. There will be Prizes! Every pancake breakfast ticket will be entered into a RAFFLE.

Kids Workshop: Build a Scarecrow, 9/7
Home Depot in San Ramon is hosting a Kids Workshop! Harvest the fun during our hands-on workshop where you and your child can build a scarecrow planter. Your young farmer can learn how a seed grows while you help them construct a festive home for their plant. They will sand, glue, and paint pieces of wood to create this holiday planter Kids Workshop attendees must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times. All kids get to keep their craft, receive a FREE certificate of achievement, a Workshop Apron and a commemorative pin while supplies last.

Moon Festival, 9/7
Come celebrate the Moon Festival at Oakland Zoo! This special day will be one your family is sure to enjoy with Asian-inspired festivities, live music, special animal encounters, and plenty of activities for the kids including face painting, arts, crafts and enrichment-making stations for the Asian Sun Bears.The Adventure Landing rides area will feature Lion Dances and martial arts demonstrations too!

Goodnight Gorilla at the Bay Area Children’s Theatre, 9/7
You’re not dreaming! Our mischievous gorilla and his zoo pals are tiptoeing out of their cages to follow the zookeeper home for the night. Based on Peggy Rathmann’s rollicking bedtime story and adapted by Nina Meehan for BACT’s Theatre for the Very Young Series, with music by Austin Zumbro. Designed for the youngest audience members, with moments of interactive engagement throughout. Ages 6 months to 3 years.

Family Railfan Event, 9/7
Included in your fare is a noon lunch prepared by the Niles Canyon Railway Commissary team in the Niles Station Garden as well as some special souvenirs commemorating your visit. The train will depart 1:30PM and return 2-2.5 hours later.

Swim with Mike Fundraiser, with special guest, Jake Javier, 9/7
Primo’s Pizzeria & Pub will be hosting a Fundraiser on behalf of Jake Javier, benefiting the Swim with Mike Foundation-A physically challenged athlete scholarship fund 20% of all dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders along with 50/50 raffle will go towards this amazing program that has raised over $23 million in scholarship support for disabled athletes since 1981.

Stem Chef: Scientific Cooking, Escape Room, 9/7, 9/8
Participants experience a 60 – 80 minute adventure solving puzzles, tinkering with science and getting clues to create delicious scientific desserts! The science theme changes every month so children can savor a variety of scientific flavors.
Ages: 7 and up! Introductory pricing: $35/person. Located at Blackhawk Plaza, next to Stella’s.

Memory & Imagination Exhibit, 9/7-9/8
The latest exhibition at the Village Theatre Art Gallery is Memory & Imagination, featuring art by the residents of the Reutlinger Community.

Grandparent’s Day at Oakland Zoo, 9/8
Come celebrate Grandparent’s Day at Oakland Zoo! What better way to spend time with your grandchildren than strolling through the Zoo to see our amazing animals and learning at the same time? Have a picnic lunch, enjoy the Children’s Zoo, and ride the carousel in the Rides Area. Grandparents receive a FREE train ride ticket!
