The weather is going to be toasty this weekend for all of the events going on! If you aren’t busy with soccer games, make sure to check out these happenings;

Trunk or Treat, Rolling Hills Church, Danville, 10/26, 4 pm-6 pm
This is a FREE event! Trunk or Treat is our annual Halloween event for the community. People gather and park their cars in our parking lot, open their trunks, or the backs of their vehicles, and decorate them! There will be candy, food, & games!

Pet Food Express Halloween Pawty, Danville, 10/26, 11 am-2 pm
It’s that time of year again! Halloween is just around the corner. Show off your pet’s spooky side at our PFE Danville Halloween Paw-ty and costume contest.
Join us in-store for trick or treating and a pet costume contest, with prizes!

Kidz Town Halloween Hay Day, Livermore, 10/26, 1 pm-5 pm
Livermore’s Favorite Family Tradition, for families with children 5th grade and under. The day includes our costume contests, trick-or-treating through the downtown shops (with bag purchase), games, entertainment and much, much more!

Halloween Event at H&M, Broadway Plaza, Walnut Creek, 10/27, 1 pm-4 pm
Join H&M for a family funday decorating reusable totes for trick-or-treating! Free for H&M Members -First come first served.

Monthly Craft Fair, Broadway Plaza, Walnut Creek, 10/26, 11 am-5 pm
Our monthly Broadway Plaza Makers Market in the Plaza hosted by Makers Market – is back by popular demand! We will be in the plaza on the 4th Saturday of each month. We are so excited to kick off our monthly craft fair series in Walnut Creek and would love for you to join us! We have new makers and new products to show all of you!

Sugar Rush, Trick or Treat, Blackhawk Plaza, Blackhawk, 10/27, 12 pm-2 pm
Bring your mini monsters and ghouls for Trick-or-Treating, crafts, and fun! Pick up your trick-or-treating bags in the rotunda and enjoy arts and crafts plus fun family-friendly activities!

Trunk or Treat, Civic Park, Walnut Creek, 10/25, 4:30 pm-6 pm
Calling all ghouls, vampires, and princesses, Walnut Creek Recreation is hosting their first-ever “Trunk-or-Treat” in downtown Civic Park! Bring your little ones to walk through “candy lane” where decorative trunks are filled with Halloween spirit and sweet/non-sweet treats are given out. This is a FREE party!

Pumpkin Jubilee , Danville Livery, Danville, 10/26, 12 pm-3 pm
Danville Livery and 92.1 KKDV will be celebrating Halloween with our 14th annual Pumpkin Jubilee! The Pumpkin Jubilee will feature Tony La Russa’s Animal Rescue Foundation as a beneficiary for this year’s event. Activities will include; trick-or-treating, live music, street entertainment, horse-drawn carriage rides, pumpkin carving!

Halloween Ball and Costume Party, San Ramon, 10/26, 8 pm-10 pm
Lady K and the Kings of Swing is a 17-piece Duke Ellington style big band, based in
the San Ramon Valley. Led by bandleader Kaye Leedham Herning, the band is comprised of some of the Bay Area’s top musicians and music educators. Join the fun and come to the Halloween Ball! Lady K and the Kings of Swing will provide the fun and excitement of live big band music for your dancing pleasure! No-host bar provided by San Ramon Arts Foundation.  All ages welcome. Tickets: $20 for adults, $12 kids!

Old Blackhawk Magic Halloween Party, Blackhawk Museum, Blackhawk, 10/26, 9 pm-1:30 am
That Old Blackhawk Magic Halloween Party is an East Bay tradition like no other. With award-winning and Grammy-nominated DJ and Producer Ron Reeser headlining, it promises to be “Out of this World!” Opening acts including Jimmy Hits and long-time favorites, the Breakfast Klub performing live on the Plaza, this is an event that you won’t want to miss.

East Bay Halloween Party, San Ramon Marriott, San Ramon, 10/26, 8 pm-12 am
This amazing Halloween Party is hosted by Professionals Guild so you can party with a good group of friendly sailors, witches, cartoon people, superheroes in fun costumes. Come and party with a fun group of professionals people- the hallmark of Professionals Guild!

Trick or Treat Downtown, Walnut Creek, 10/25, 2 pm-5 pm
Begin your afternoon of fun at the starting location to pick up an event map of participating businesses between 2 pm-5 pm. The first 900 trick-or-treaters will also receive a complimentary reusable trick-or-treat bag. Children 10 & under must be accompanied by an adult.

ARF’s Howl-O-Ween Party, Tony La Russa’s Animal Rescue Foundation, Walnut Creek, 10/27, 2 pm-4 pm
Celebrate Halloween at ARF’s FREE Halloween Party for children under 10. Come in your costume to play ghoulish games, make witchy crafts, and meet ARF’s furry friends! No PETS PLEASE!

Boo at the Zoo, Oakland Zoo, 10/26-10/27, 9:30 am-3 pm
Trick-or-Treat Oakland Zoo style! Stroll the Zoo in costume and follow the animal clues to fill your bag or bucket with snacks and candy. Ride the spooky boo train, get your face painted, make treats for the animals, participate in hands-on Halloween themed activities, and see how the animals at Oakland Zoo celebrate Halloween. Kids in costumes receive a free ride ticket.

Trunk or Treat, Pleasant Hill, 10/25, 6 pm-8 pm
Bring the whole family in costume and enjoy the evening going from trunk to trunk, collecting candy from community members who have decorated their vehicles for this fun, spooktacular event. Crafts, activities and a goodie bag for each child.

Harvest Festival, Alameda Fairgrounds, Pleasanton, 10/25(10 am-5 pm), 10/26(10 am-6 pm), 10/27(10 am-5 pm)
Hundreds of booths in three buildings featuring American handmade fine & fashion jewelry, art & photography, museum-quality wood products, ceramics & pottery, candles, and body products and much more. Enjoy all-day stage and strolling entertainment, a kid zone, and festival food!

Halloween Brew Crawl, Pleasanton, 10/26, 5 pm-8 pm
Trick or Treating isn’t only for kids, adults can have their fun too! The Halloween Brew Crawl is hands down one of the most popular events in the Tri-Valley. Stroll (or crawl) through beautiful Downtown Pleasanton and sip on craft brews, ciders, and mead while enjoying tasty bites along the way at 30+ downtown locations!

Wine Trolley’s Hallo-Wine Party, Livermore Wine Trolley, Livermore, 10/25, 6 pm-9:30 pm
Join us and the Livermore Wine Trolley for the best Hallo-Wine Party in the Valley! Drinks, desserts, and delight – it’s adult trick-or-treating at Wood Family, Murrieta’s Well, and McGrail Vineyards. Oktoberfest at Canyon Lakes Brewery, San Ramon, 10/26, 3 pm-9 pm
Craft Beers Stations -At least 25 brews, $25 Commemorative Mug with Unlimited Beer Tastings, German Food, Beer, Wine, and Full Bar for Day of Purchase! Pumpkin Patch Festival, Western Railway Museum, Suisun, 10/26-10/27, 9:30 am-4:30 pm
At the Pumpkin Patch, you can purchase your pumpkins, as well as snacks, drinks and other homemade specialties. There are plenty of activities at the pumpkin patch such as tractor rides, field maze, pumpkin chucking, petting zoo, pony rides, and the giant hay bale fortress! All proceeds benefit the Western Railway Museum (a nonprofit educational institution) and the local Rotary Clubs who provide thousands of dollars to local community and youth activities each year.

Mickey Avalon and Dirty Nasty ‘Live’, Retro Junkie, Walnut Creek, 10/25, 9 pm-2 am

Diwali Celebration, Stoneridge Mall, Pleasanton, 10/26, 1 pm-3 pm
Join in for a family-friendly Diwali celebration in Grand Court, presented by Macy’s. Enjoy a traditional dance ceremony by more upbeat, owned by Ritu Singh and comprised of a group of professional career women who are passionate about dancing. In addition, free henna tattoos, by Ethnic Heena, owned by self-taught henna artist, Deepali Anavekar, who is one of the top henna artists in the Tri-Valley & South Bay area.

Luna Mexicana by Oakland Ballet, Amador Theatre, Pleasanton, 10/25, 7 pm-9 pm
Luna Mexicana is a dance and music celebration of the Day of the Dead – filled with the exuberant dancing, joyful music, colorful costumes and the celebration of family that are the spirit of Dia de Los Muertos! Theatre opens an hour before showtime!
