With summer over, fall upon us, and school in full swing many buyers who didn’t purchase already this year are opting to put their search on hold for the remainder of the year. As a result, the data suggests that there is 30% less competition for homes right now compared to an average week. Additionally, the data indicates that 6% of the homes currently listed have had a price reduction and in many cases are 2-3% down from their peak list price.
In Danville today, there are 129 active detached single-family homes available with price points between $839K and $7.9M. Good inventory, less competition, motivated sellers and low-interest rates make this an excellent time to get off the fence and jump into homeownership!”
