Kid-Friendly Summer Activities

This is my favorite season because the weather is getting warmer and the days are longer! The kids are out of school, which means it’s time to keep them occupied and off the electronics.

Moonlight Movies:
Starting June 16th the town of Danville will have FREE movies at Sundown! The location is The Town Green. Must register for this event.

Music in the Park:
June 24th, from 6-8 PM, be ready for an evening of music and dancing with Jacob Westfall. Bring blankets, lawn chairs, and snacks. Oak Hill Park, 3005 Stone Valley Rd.

Cherry-picking:
From May through mid-June, cherry-picking is a fun activity for the family. Check this Cherry Picking Guide for all of the spots to go.

Clarke Swim Center with Inflatables:
Head down to Walnut Creek for swim fun and the inflatable obstacle course!

Bay Area Sleepovers:
Get the kids off their electronics and out of the house. Check out these cool Bay Ara Sleepovers!

With the weather warming up, it’s time for summer fun in the water.
