The Hangar 1 Vodka Distillery has a unique Cheese & Spirit Pairing on 8/25, at 2:30PM. Try curated cheeses from a local Bay Area cheese specialist matched perfectly with very special Hangar 1 vodkas, including the newest additions, two barrel-aged vodkas and our first foray into brandy, Bentwing.
The tour will include an in-depth education on how our Hangar 1 spirits are made, and will conclude with a tasting in the Head Distiller Caley Shoemaker’s innovation laboratory, a space not usually open to the public. In the lab, they will elaborate on the choices made for pairing with the Hangar 1 flavors. The tasting will also include the much-lauded Fog Point vodka, which has a unique origin story that you are certain to find fascinating.
You will also receive a gift bag from Hangar 1 including an engraved tasting dram per guest. The tour and tasting together run an average of 1.5 hours
