How did your business get started and what inspired you?

I’ve been in healthcare for almost 20 years but it’s so enjoyable to have
started helping with someone’s confidence and well-being. So much of
my career has been dealing reactively with patients, but it’s so rewarding to be proactive now!

How did you choose the name for your business?

That was my best friend Todd’s idea. He does “Diablo” everything, of course off
of Mt. Diablo. I think he even ran a Diablo Notary and Diablo Bail
Bonds at some point, haha.

What’s your favorite thing about your business?

Being my own boss again is fantastic! But I also get to do that while making
people feel fantastic is just <chef’s kiss> amazing!

Do you have any signature treatments or Client favorites?

We do the best hydrafacials in town hands down but we’re also about to import a
body sculpting machine from Italy next month that’s all the rage over
there. We’re already making appointments for it because we’ve got a
ton of people excited about here as well!

What’s a memorable experience you’ve had with a client?

We’ve already had several people on the verge of tears come back and thank us
because of their new hair growth after one of our hair restoration
solutions. You feel like you exponentially improved their
quality of life and confidence!
